Growing Up Before Our Eyes: Family Photography Through the Years

Another new year has us reflecting on how fortunate we are to watch our clients’ families grow, year after year.
As 2012 starts we have taken the time to reflect on a few of this new year’s clients, and their history in photos with us.

The Peters girls have appeared on the blog and website over the years, since way back when the eldest came in with her mom at 6 months. It’s such a pleasure to watch these sisters grow and change, we look forward to every years annual session as much as they do! Here are some highlights from years past and a few from the most recent session we had, in January 2012.

The Armstrong family first came in when they had two little boys, and have come again and again through the years, having one more boy and then, 2 years ago, twin girls! Now the little boys are big guys, and the twins are toddlers. We posted an iphone pic of their empty living room a couple of weeks ago just prior to having it be filled with their 5 kids, here are some of the results from that day, as well as a walk down memory lane from sessions past.

The Hakimzadeh family came in 4 years. They had a beautiful little baby girl with a wonderfully full head of curly hair and impossibly long eyelashes…now 4 years later she is a big sister! Both girls are just stunningly beautiful and really, really sweet. Here are some from then, and now.

The Burns family came to us with two of the chubbiest, cutest baby twins we had ever seen, 5 years ago. They have since relocated to Toronto but came back to have updated photos done in January 2012. We had so much fun with these two giggle monsters ( and mom, Beverly, of course!) and were able to capture the some wonderful moments of their obvious connection…we love twins!!

Geoffery has been coming to us every year since he was 6 months old. Even though it has been wonderful to see him turn into a big boy, some things just never change. Like his huge blue eyes, sweet natured personality and irresistible chubby cheeks. Here are some faves from the 5 sessions we have done together!

The King family has been coming to us since before having their first child, and we have had the pleasure of watching their family grow over the past 4 years. Big brother Jacob is now 5, the twins are 3, and this February’s session was full of giggly tumbly blonde-headed fun, times 3!!

Photos By Kathryn is looking to hire a graphic designer for some regular contract work. The job requires a working knowledge of photoshop, design experience involving photography, the ability to produce for short deadlines and at least 2 solid relevant references.
